As a busy mum juggling four kids, a PhD, and two slightly bonkers Miniature Pinschers (Cappuccino, the mum, is a zen master compared to Espresso, her puppy tornado), streamlining sounds like a dream. Especially when those tiny paws manage to shred important documents right before a deadline, forcing me to recreate half my financial projections.
