Hi there!
I'm Carlene, the founder of The Thrivology Company and a passionate advocate for empowering women entrepreneurs.
My entrepreneurial journey has been a wild ride, filled with incredible ups and a few challenging downs. I'm pursuing a PhD in female entrepreneurship, earning my MBA, and becoming a certified coach specialising in DISC, all while running my own coaching and consulting business, The Thrivology Company, and raising three amazing kids (with one more on the way)!
But my experience goes beyond academics. I've spent over 13 years working in the industry for household names like Apple and Electrolux, as well as with various start-ups, gaining invaluable insights and practical knowledge that I now share with my coaching clients and will be with the Femmeprenista community.
As a mother and entrepreneur, I know firsthand the struggles and triumphs that come with building a business while nurturing a family. It's not always easy, but with the right support and resources, it's definitely possible!
That's why I am creating Femmeprenista – to provide a space where ambitious women like you can come together, learn from each other, and grow your business without sacrificing your family or your freedom.
