DMCA Notification Policy

1. Policy Statement
Femmeprenista (Thrivology Limited T/A Femmeprenista) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Femmeprenista will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement committed using the Femmeprenista website (www.femmeprenista.com) or associated services.
2. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringements
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Femmeprenista website or services by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Femmeprenista's designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Femmeprenista will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Services.

"I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

3. Review and Action
Femmeprenista will review all valid notices received and will work to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe, taking action as deemed appropriate under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
