Our Commitment:
The Femmeprenista ecosystem, operated by Thrivology Limited T/A Femmeprenista, is dedicated to empowering ambitious female entrepreneurs globally to build sustainable, fulfilling businesses without burnout. We foster a premium coaching, training, and community environment built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. This Code outlines the ethical principles guiding our team and operations, and the standards of conduct expected from all participants within the Femmeprenista ecosystem, including the Femme:Connect community.
Core Ethical Principles for Femmeprenista & Team Members:
Empowerment: We commit to equipping clients with the clarity, strategy, systems, and mindset needed to achieve their vision confidently. Our role is to guide and support, fostering client autonomy and capability.
Integrity & Authenticity: We operate with honesty and transparency in all interactions. We uphold data protection principles, maintain confidentiality, respect intellectual property, and avoid conflicts of interest. We encourage authentic expression for ourselves and our clients.
Professionalism & Expertise: We provide high-quality coaching, training, and support based on our expertise. We are committed to continuous learning and staying informed on relevant best practices, including the ethical use of AI.
Holistic Success & Wellbeing: We recognize the interconnectedness of business, mindset, and wellbeing. We advocate for sustainable practices that prevent burnout and support our clients' overall fulfilment.
Respect, Equality & Inclusivity: We foster a welcoming, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment for all employees, clients, and community members. We treat everyone with dignity and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences. Selection for opportunities is based on aptitude and ability.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Client and participant information shared within coaching sessions, programs, or platforms will be kept confidential and handled according to our Data Protection Policy and GDPR obligations.
Sustainability: We recognize our responsibility to the environment and are committed to reducing our environmental impact.
Expected Standards of Conduct for Clients & Community Members:
Respectful Interaction: Engage with fellow members, coaches, and the Femmeprenista team respectfully and constructively. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality & Privacy: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members. Information shared within group sessions or community platforms should not be shared externally without explicit permission.
Constructive Participation: Contribute positively to the community environment. Share experiences, offer support, and engage in discussions in a way that benefits collective learning and growth.
Integrity: Engage authentically and honestly. Respect intellectual property shared within the community and programs, adhering to copyright policies. Avoid unsolicited self-promotion unless in designated spaces.
Commitment to Growth: Engage actively with program materials and coaching processes. Take responsibility for implementing strategies and seeking support when needed.
Addressing Concerns:
If any participant has concerns about ethical conduct or potential breaches of this code or related policies, they are encouraged to raise them directly with Carlene Nisbett or a designated Femmeprenista team member for resolution. Concerns regarding discrimination or harassment may also be addressed through established grievance procedures.
